Titan-2 has signed new contracts for electrical and hydraulic works on the Hanhikivi-1 construction site.

Construction of 0.4kV power lines is also ongoing.  Construction and installation works on the sorted waste station have been completed.

The event is called “Nordic Perspectives” and is held annually.

The operation is divided into two phases: "Hydraulic testing and circulation flushing of the primary circuit" and "Hot run".  The tests are conducted without nuclear fuel in the reactor and do not pose any nuclear threat.  Their task is to prepare the power unit for the first criticality, which is scheduled for the end of the year.

The operation is aimed to conduct high-voltage and hydraulic tests of the equipment prior to the final assembly.
