The event was held in the Fennovoima training center in Puhäjoki.
At the event JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 was represented by the management of the Hanhikivi 1 NPP construction program and the safety culture specialists.
Minna Forsström, Director of Fennovoima Oy, opened the event. She described the basic principles of safety culture used on construction site and preparation of personnel for the basic phase of Hanhikivi 1 NPP construction. Then the participants shared their experience and discussed the crucial project issues related to the safety culture improvement.
At the end of the meeting Anastassia Zoteeva, Director General of JSC Rusatom Energy International, presented the letters of gratitude to the specialists of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, Ivan Osipov and Vadim Riasencev, for significant individual contribution to the safety culture improvement at Hanhikivi 1 NPP project.
Safety Culture Day is held twice a year. The main target of this event is to increase individual level of responsibility and involvement of the personnel working under the project.
