Akkuyu NPP (GULNAR, REPUBLIC OF Turkey)
JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 is the prime contractor to execute work package on the construction of nuclear island facilities for Akkuyu NPP located in the province of Mersin, southern coast of the Republic of Turkey. Akkuyu NPP project - is the project for construction of the first Turkey nuclear power plant with the 4,800 MW installed capacity. This construction project is being executed under Intergovernmental Agreement signed between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey in May 2010.
Russian state-of-the-art ВВЭР-1200 power units of the III+ generation with improved safety systems will be used for Akkuyu NPP. These power units conform to all existing requirements. First power unit commissioning is scheduled for 2023.
JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 invites companies to participate in accreditation process to be registered in the list of potential subcontractors for Akkuyu NPP construction.
