The Management of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 decided to appoint K. Avvakumov to this position starting from August 24, 2019.

K. Avvakumov graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Civil Engineers, Faculty of Architecture. He has many years of multi-fieldexperience in construction.

Prior to his appointment asthe Program Director, heworked as the First Deputy Director of the Procurement Management Office of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2.

Konstantin Avvakumov’s operational experience facilitates the Holding’s works on the Hanhikivi-1 NPP Construction Project applying unified standards of TITAN-2.

The former Program Head, Alexander Tupitsyn, is being transferred to the position of the Deputy Director for International Activities of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 administering the international nuclear power plant construction projects in Finland, Turkey, and two other promising international directions.


The Chief Executive Officer of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, G. Naginskiy noted:

«Expansion of the company's international activities requires involvement in these projects of the people with various experience. The new Head is assigned the objective to strengthen the existing positions, search for the new opportunities in order to improve and raise the Project efficiency. At the same time, the experience of the former Director in the field of organization and culture of production, his economical way of thinking and commitment to results will contribute to development of the TITAN-2 Holding international activities.

JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 is the main subcontractor for the Hanhikivi-1 NPP construction in Pyhäjoki, Finland. The Company is also engaged in construction of the Leningrad NPP new power units in Sosnovy Bor, which is the reference project for the Hanhikivi-1 NPP.
