The event was arranged by Fennovoima and supported by JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, RAOS Project Oy as well as other stakeholders.
About 3 400 residents of the region from Pyhäjoki, Raahe, Kalajoki and other towns has visited the event this year. This is 900 people more than in 2017 when 2500 people took part in the event.
Bus tours to the NPP construction site were arranged for the visitors. During such tour the visitors had chance to learn about project progress and safety measures at the Hanhikivi-1 NPP construction site.
Project subcontractors exhibited their construction equipment near the Fennovoima training center. Anyone could took the driver`s seat in the large machines to take memory photo.

JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 is the main subcontractor for the Hanhikivi-1 NPP construction in Pyhäjoki, Finland. The Company is also engaged in construction of the Leningrad NPP new power units in Sosnovy Bor, which is the reference project for the Hanhikivi-1 NPP.
