The event is called “Nordic Perspectives” and is held annually.
The goal of the event is to provide qualified labour to the interested companies in the EU. This year the event attracted more than 20 companies and some 200 jobseekers, plus 42 companies and 900 jobseekers participated via online webcast.
JCS CONCERN TITAN-2 was represented by Marjo Soppela, head of HR Division of the Finnish branch, and Mihail Tchitcherin, PR manager of the Finnish branch. CONCERN TITAN-2, being the contractor at the Hanhikivi-1 NPP construction project, is now a major employer and attracts many specialists.
Full company information was shared at the recruitment event as well as the requirements to the potential employees. The event was webcasted live in 26 countries of the European Union, and Marjo Soppela expressed hope that there would be growing interest to the project among young professionals attracting work force from all over Europe.
