The facility is built within the framework of the comprehensive state program “Construction”, supervised by the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
The facility is being built on the shore of the Berd Bay and includes three medical buildings connected by heated passages. The total area of the structures exceeds 60,000 m².
The main building will accommodate consultative-diagnostic and treatment wings, as well as the day patient hospital with modern treatment rooms. Children who require round-the-clock surveillance will be treated in the building, and the boarding house will be able to accommodate up to 100 young patients with their parents at the same time.
Construction readiness of structures exceeded 60%. Stained-glass windows are fully installed in the main building, installation of internal partitions, finishing works and routing of utility lines are underway, facade works are nearly completed.
Glazing are completed in the hospital building, external walls and internal partitions are installed, interior decoration and installation of internal and external utility lines are underway. Construction of the entire facility is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2027.
Zinatdin Adzhimusaev, Construction Director of the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center Project, PJSC “NBD”, noted: “We pay special attention to the quality of construction, using modern technologies and creating a completely barrier-free environment. Each element of the facility is designed to be as convenient and safe as possible for young patients and their parents, as well as for medical staff.”
Besides the medical buildings, specialists of TITAN-2 Holding will completely improve the adjacent territory. Specialized infrastructure will be created here for rehabilitation of children: an adapted panda park, a mini-stadium, learn-to-walk areas with different types of surfaces, a ski track, which in summer will be transformed into bike paths, and other facilities.
