The “Project of the Year” competition is held by Global CIO for the 13th time. Its special feature is a balanced assessment system developed by the community members. Winners are determined using a methodology that includes online voting by the community members and assessment of the scale, significance and contribution of the project to the IT industry.

In 2024, the competition received a record number of applications, i.e. 526 projects from major companies, including OJSC RZhD, JSC VDNH, PJSC Gazprom and PJSC MTS.
The TITAN-2 Holding won the "Best Company Management Project" nomination. The IT community distinguished the "Experience in Building an Information System at a Nuclear Industry Enterprise" project. Within its framework, a single integrated environment based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise Management 2" was created to automate the LLC TPL activities.

The new system covers all the enterprise divisions, including design and technological preparation of production and quality division. These modules are not available in the standard configuration and were developed specifically for the company. The project implementation took three years.
Marina Depperschmidt, LLC IBK Automation Projects Manager:
"The victory in the competition resulted from the work of a large team, which included technical experts from LLC TPL, employees of LLC IBK and specialists from the contractor LLC Raytec DT. The success became possible thanks to the coordinated work of specialists at all levels — from ordinary employees to managers. This made it possible to achieve the project objectives, promptly eliminating arising risks.
The implementation of an ERP system always requires a review of business processes, which often means facing difficulties. LLC TPL is constantly developing, improving its processes. The task of our IT team is to adapt the ERP system to the customer's requirements, ensuring its smooth operation and achieving key effectiveness indicators."
