JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 acted as general contractor for the construction of the center. The company started construction works in November 2021. The customer of the facility is the presidential platform Autonomous Nonprofit Organization Russia – Land of Opportunity. Today the complex is fully completed and put into operation.
During the construction period, the Senezh center was under the personal control of Sergei Kirienko, First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration, and Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction of the Russian Federation.
The complex is located 40 kilometers from Moscow in Solnechnogorsk, on the shore of Lake Senezh. The area of the center is over 85 hectares. There are five functional zones on the territory: the northern campus, the southern campus with the main structures, the embankment, the territory of the open-air forum, the forest park zone with pavilions.
A total of 39 facilities have been built for the Senezh educational center. Among them are public and administrative spaces, hotels, sports facilities and administrative buildings.
At the first stage of construction, the following utility networks were completed: checkpoint building, buildings for boiler house, transformer substations, as well as external power supply, water supply, water discharge, gas supply, heat supply and communication networks with a total length of 35 km.
The Senezh Management Workshop consists of several buildings and structures. These are four five-storey hotel buildings, each including 125 comfortable rooms, and a restaurant consisting of 85 rooms with a capacity of 500 seats.
The main building Agora, consisting of 183 classrooms and an amphitheater designed for the implementation of additional professional program, was built. The main part of the Agora is the amphitheater, which can accommodate up to 800 people. If necessary, the lower levels of seats are folded up to create an open site for specialized events. Its area is 12.5 thousand square meters.
The Senezh complex also includes five villa workshops, a boiler house, a main checkpoint, various auxiliary buildings and structures. The total area of all facilities is more than 65 thousand square meters. A large territory with a huge complex of fire protection systems.
The territory was also reconstructed along with improvement of the embankment, pier and beach area.
