During the summer labor semester, the company hosted about 1,000 students from various regions of Russia.

For two months, the construction squads worked at the sites of TITAN-2 Holding in Sosnovy Bor, Seversk, Kurchatov, Novosibirsk Region, as well as at international facilities in Turkey, Egypt and Hungary.

The largest number of students, about 300 people, came to Novosibirsk Region, the cities of Koltsovo and Berdsk, where they participated in the construction of the future scientific facility - the Shared Use Center "Siberian Ring Photon Source" and the Federal Children's Rehabilitation Center. For the second year in a row Novosibirsk is hosting the squad members, and, thanks to the large number of students, this year the construction site for the first time received the status of All-Russian.

All-Russian construction was also carried out in Seversk, Tomsk Region, at the site of the Proryv (Breakthrough) Pilot Demonstration Energy Complex with the BREST-OD-300 reactor. Every year it is one of the largest sites hiring students and this time is no exception. 229 people from 13 regions of Russia came here to work this summer.

Another facility — the Leningrad NPP — also received the status of All-Russian construction site. 218 people came to the construction site of the new power units in Sosnovy Bor. For the first time the LNPP hosted an IT team, which worked as part of the Digital Transformation Directorate.

Several dozen more students worked in Kurchatov at the construction site of the Kursk NPP-2. In addition to Russian projects, construction squads worked in Turkey at the Akkuyu NPP — 103 people, and in Egypt at the El Dabaa NPP — 64 people. The project was first launched in Hungary during the construction of the Paks-2 NPP.

Students performed various tasks from reinforcing and concreting work to surveying and engineering operations, as well as assisted professionals in the company's offices. In addition to busy labor activities, they took part in sports competitions, creative contests and volunteer activities.

At the end of August, closing ceremonies were held at each of the projects, where the best squads were recognized for their production and creative activities.

In addition, two programs were implemented this summer: the SUS workshop and the formation of a student team to participate in the IV International Construction Championship. As part of the SUS workshop program, university graduates had the opportunity to explore assistant foreman position under the mentorship of line E&T. A total of 22 people were selected to be employed by the company after the training.
