The roof of the machine hall consists of nine large-sized truss blocks with a total weight of 1,142 tons, including the roof decking. Each element weighs from 95 to 175 tons and is 61 meters long. Large-scale assembly was carried out simultaneously on two specially made slipways at the construction site between the first and second blocks.

The installation of the roof trusses was carried out with an accuracy of up to ten millimeters using a heavy Liebherr LR13000 crawler crane.

The next stage for the builders will be the installation of the main units and components of the turbogenerator unit.
