JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 continues the construction of a new kindergarten in Sosnovy Bor

The interior finishing works in the premises are currently underway, the equipment is being installed, and next year the road paving and stone block pavement will be completed in the site territory, trees and bushes will be planted.

Specialists of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 SUS branch are working at the construction site of the kindergarten. During one year, the important tasks were accomplished at the construction site: structures of the building were erected, facade finishing and the roof were completed, external and internal utility networks, playgrounds and the perimeter fencing were installed, hydro-testing of the swimming pool was conducted.

The new kindergarten is located on Lipovsky proezd. The area of construction is more than two thousand square meters. The preschool is designed for 12 groups or 240 kids. The building has a modern design, which includes a non-standard planning and coloured facades.

The project implementation is funded from the district and regional budgets, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 acts as the General Contractor. It is planned to put the kindergarten into operation next summer.
