The “SKIF” will be built in Koltsovo scientific campus within the National Project “Science” in order to implement a state-of-art national network of next-generation synchrotron radiation sources. The centre will include the accelerator complex, experimental stations and the laboratory complex.
Under the state contract, commissioning of the facility is scheduled by 2023. The Order states that the contractor may engage subcontractors on the condition that at least 60% of the total scope will be performed as its own.
JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 will create a standalone subdivision for performance of the works. Apart from the company′s specialists, its construction machinery will be also involved at the facility site.

The TITAN-2 holding is the general contractor for construction of the new power units of the Leningrad NPP. At the construction site, the organisations of the holding perform all civil construction, installation and electrical installation works.
The holding is the main contractor at the construction of the Hanhikivi 1 NPP in Finland and of the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey.
