For the works period, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 provides the students with all necessities. They are provided with working clothes and tools, remuneration, three meals per day, dormitories, and transportation to the work sites.

The Youth Movement of the TITAN-2 holding helps the students with organising recreational and sports activities. Traditionally, students organise a charity event called Snezhny Desant (“the Snow Landing Operation”) that includes help to the local municipal institutions.

Ninety three students from six regions of Russia are hired in Sosnovy Bor for the work period. Brigades will work at construction facilities of the company: the Leningrad NPP 2, A. P. Aleksandrov Scientific Research Technological Institute, and a kindergarten (under construction) for 240 children.

The number of students at the facility of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 in Kaliningrad Oblast is 123 persons. These are 13 brigades from eight regions. For the most part, the student will participate in construction works—reinforcing and concreting.

A small student team (two brigades) participates in construction of Proryv (“the Breakthrough”) research centre in Seversk. These guys perform electrical installation works. In total, 20 students work at this facility.

The winter student construction shift at JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 will last until the 12th of March.
