CONCERN TITAN-2 has been cooperating with construction brigades for more than ten years. Last year, the summer student construction project in Sosnovy Bor (the Leningrad Region) for the first time gained an all-Russian status. More than three hundred boys and girls from various Russian regions were employed. Last year, several students worked at overseas construction sites – in Finland (the Hanhikivi 1 NPP) and in Turkey (the Akkuyu NPP).

The company has been arranging winter labour shifts since January 2019. Previously, the main facilities for students were the power units under construction of the Leningrad power plant. Now, after completion of this project, the students will work at other JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 facilities. It is planned to employ 200 persons in the Kaliningrad region and 400 persons in the Tomsk region.

The students will perform reinforcing, concreting, road and auxiliary works. The students will be provided with everything they will need during the shift – special clothes, tools, transport, accommodation and meals. The brigade members salary will be 34,500 roubles provided that the required scopes are performed.

Students are selected for the construction through competition. The criteria include high academic performance, studying of a field-oriented speciality, availability of a professional qualification in the construction field and the required permits for certain works types.
