The reason for the meeting was the successful completion of pre-commissioning work on the diesel generator plants. The equipment was manufactured in France. During the recently completed hot operational testing of the reactor plant, the generators were successfully tested with operating load.
The equipment was installed by the specialists of Holding TITAN-2, the adjustment was carried out by employees of Kalininatomtekhenergo and Leningrad NPP. All operations were supervised by representatives of MAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS FRANCE SAS and LEROY SOMER (France).
In order to complete the diesel generator plants pre-commissioning on time, it was decided to continue work during the pandemic. For this purpose, unprecedented security measures were taken in order to preserve the health of both foreign and Russian specialists.
Vladimir Pereguda, Leningrad NPP Director, thanked his French colleagues for their cooperation and presented awards and certificates of honor. On behalf of the management of Holding TITAN-2, Konstantin Khudyakov, Leningrad NPP-2 Program Director, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, congratulated the colleagues on the successful completion of the project. He also presented gifts to the French specialists in celebration of the Holding 25th anniversary.
