Most of works on building exterior are over: installation of sandwich panels, glass panels, roofing made of modern polymeric membranes. By the end of May, the facade will be covered with lamellas – three-color panels changing the color from red to blue depending on the sight angle.
Inside the facility, “Titan-2” specialists are finalizing installation of ventilation and air conditioning, water discharge and sewage systems. JSC “SEM”, company subsidiary, performs electric installation. Floor screed and waterproofing, internal utilities installation and partition walls arrangement are ongoing. Once the above are completed, the staff will move on to the internal finishing works.
All the works are within the schedule. The facility is planned to be commissioned in Autumn of 2019.
