The height of cooling tower No. 3 will be 170 meters. To date, the builders have reached the elevation of 86 meters.
The specialists are going to start increasing the height of the tower crane used to construct the structure. It will be about 190 meters. This will make it possible to immediately begin concreting with the start of the season. A special hoist for crane operators will be installed on the crane.
The Northern Construction Department manufactures reinforced concrete structures to support the water cooling system to be located inside the cooling tower.
The revision of the cooling tower electrical formwork is under way. During concreting, it will be constantly in motion. Therefore, all the mechanisms are being put in order now.
