Kilometres of cables

Construction electricians are currently carrying out works on key facilities of the plant under construction – in the buildings of the first and second power units.

Construction electricians are now also involved in laying of power cables on the trestle bridge of the sulfur-hexafluoride current distributor. The length of one section is 500 metres, the cable diameter is 500 mm. The specialist will have to lay 36 sections on the trestle bridge.

After that, they will start cable connection to electric equipment of the building of complex 10 kV switchgear of reserve power supply and in the building of power supply for normal operation.
