During a working visit, the General Director of Rosatom visited the Leningrad NPP-2 construction site, which is being built by JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 as the general contractor.
The meeting was also attended by Grigory Naginskiy, General Director of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, and Konstantin Khudyakov, Director of the Leningrad NPP Facilities Program of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2.
Together with the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, the delegation assessed the progress of construction of Power Unit 3. The top officials observed the milestone stage of work – installation of the second tier of the reactor building inner containment.
During the two-day visit, about twenty employees of TITAN-2 Holding received industry-level and regional awards for their personal contribution to the construction of Leningrad NPP-2 facilities. The high appreciation of builders’ effort confirms the importance of their daily work at the largest energy facility in the country.
Medal of Order of Merit for Country of the II degree was awarded to:
- Alexandr Tikhomirov, electrical installer of power networks and electrical equipment, SEM JSC;
- Roman Maksimenkov, electric welder of manual welding, JSC MSU-90;
- Tatiana Milykh, electrical installer of power networks and electrical equipment, SEM JSC.
Employees of TITAN-2 Holding received industry-level awards for their contribution to development of the nuclear industry and development of nuclear energy.
