A new site is another step towards strengthening ties with youth and forming a HR reserve for the company.

The opening of the space became possible thanks to the funding of PJSC SUS, which is part of Titan-2 Holding.

The new branded space is meant to become a point of attraction for students interested in real career opportunities in one of the leading companies in the nuclear industry.

During the event, representatives of the company presented students with internship programs and paid apprenticeships, which allow to immerse in a professional environment at the stage of education and gain valuable work experience on the largest projects.

Presentation of Sergey Alayev, the head of the welding division of PJSC SUS attracted a particular interest. He shared his practical experience, spoke about the specific features of working in the company and answered numerous questions from future specialists.

The meeting brought together over 80 students. Already this year, 23 future welders will start winter internship at the Leningrad NPP-2 project in PJSC SUS, which is a remarkable example of the company’s systematic work with youth.
