New Residential Building

TITAN-2 Holding and Lemminkäinen have already signed a €16 million contract agreement for design and construction of a multi-storied residential building.

The area of the future house is about 57,000 m2. Altogether, around 650 apartments with the total area of 35,700 m2 will be built. The ground floor will also accommodate integrated premises. The building height will vary between sections from 10 to 18 floors.

The residential facility will be built at the Geroyev Ave., between the Sberbank office and Sosnovy Bor hotel. The area is already fenced. The building design will commence soon; the construction is to be completed by summer 2018.

Lemminkäinen Oyj is a large construction group operating in Finland and other countries.
