The Solokhin dynasty from the TITAN-2 Holding was honored at the opening ceremony. Their total labor experience is more than 60 years. Several generations of this family have worked at the enterprises of the TITAN-2 Holding devoting themselves to nuclear construction. They have made a significant contribution to the construction of all power units of the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant from the Soviet times to the present day.
The “Labor Dynasties” project, implemented by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin, started in May 2024. At the moment expositions have already been presented by labor dynasties of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and the Kaluga Region. The Leningrad Region has become the third region whose labor traditions and professional achievements will be presented at the All-Russian level.
The Leningrad Region booth introduces unique stories of more than 45 families of the region, representing a variety of professions: engineers, workers, doctors, teachers, athletes, clergymen and many others. The multimedia exposition will become a part of the all-Russian exhibition project dedicated to people of labor.
As part of the opening ceremony, the labor dynasties of the Leningrad Region were presented with letters of gratitude from Governor Alexander Drozdenko and memorable gifts. Anna Solokhina, Chairperson of the Veterans Council of the TITAN-2 Holding, and her daughter Olga Solokhina, Head of Organizational and Technical Documentation Support Group of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, received an award from the Head of the Region for preserving family labor traditions and generational continuity in the choice of professions.
The exhibition at VDNKh will last three months and will be available to the public free of charge. After that it is going to be presented in the Leningrad Region.
