TITAN-2 brings a defamation claim against Zeleniy Mir and Mr Viktor Aleynikov

In order to disseminate this statement, Zeleniy Mir has held a press conference in St. Petersburg.

This statement did not contain any evidence of these alleged violations. TITAN-2, for its part, has in its possession a full set of documents confirming that all works being performed comply with the applicable codes and requirements.

The claim has been filed with the Commercial Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

The Holding demands to retract this information as it discredits its business reputation. At the same time, the Holding does not claim any non-pecuniary damages.
