75 young people from various regions of Russia arrived in Sosnovy Bor: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Volgodonsk, Voronezh.
These are students majoring in construction from the leading universities of the country: St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Tomsk State University of Architecture and Construction, Voronezh State Technical University and others. After graduation, they will become full-time employees of TITAN-2 Holding.
Сompany-sponsored education is an important area of the holding's staff policy. In just three years, the number of contracts signed with applicants has increased several times. Now the number of contract students exceeds 80 people, and the plan is to double the number. Today the company has 12 key top-relevant directions in construction. Next year there will already be 17 of them. Due to the contract education, students receive a number of advantages: a scholarship, on-the-job training and pre-graduation internship, guaranteed employment after graduation for at least three years.
The program of the two-day forum included introduction to and networking with the company's management, educational activities aimed at developing engineering and creative skills. During the meeting, department executives shared their professional experience and answered students' questions about career prospects.
The main goal of the event is to increase the motivation of contract students to study and strengthen their interest in their chosen area in the field of construction.
Visits to the construction site of the new power units of the Leningrad NPP and to the pipeline production shop of LLC TITAN TECHNOLOGY PIPELINE were organized for the guests. They also visited the museum of construction organizations owned by TITAN-2 Holding.
