Understanding the importance of savings for every person, the management of TITAN-2 Holding provide its employees with an opportunity to become part of a system of additional, non-government pension benefits.

Since the start of 2007, the holding company, working jointly with JSC NPF Evolyutsia, has been implementing a full-scale additional pension benefits program. Every employee taking part in the single system of non-government pension benefits can build their own personal pension capital and receive a substantial addition to their governmental pension.

When they reach the retirement age and retire from organisations of the TITAN-2 Holding, the corporate pension program enables them to receive a corporate non-government pension as well as a personal non-governmental pension in the amount that depends on their participation of the corporate pension program.

Under the program for additional pension benefits, employees of organizations, who have entered into personal agreements with JSC NPF Evolyutsia, are guaranteed corporate a pension provided that other conditions for granting a pension are met. To fund the corporate program, TITAN-2 Holding organizations pay their monthly pension contributions to JSC NPF Evolyutsia, to dedicated joint pension accounts.

Yekaterina Nechepurenko, Director of the Small and Medium Business Directorate of JSC NPF Evolyutsia said:

“Participation in the corporate program allows people to develop a sense of security and look into their future with confidence. A large number of TITAN-2 Holding employees have already taken the opportunity and became participants of the corporate program. Our goal is to create an open system of pension benefits, allowing everyone to be financially independent once they are retired.”
