The grand ceremony took place on the dome of the reactor building of the Leningrad NPP-2 second power.

Pavel Zhuravlev, the Head of SMU-2, received a commemorative medal. SMU-2 is part of the JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 Construction Branch. Staff of this unit performed the main concreting of reactor island facilities. Now, the construction of the reactor building is completed; the facade cladding with thermal panels is in progress.

Also the award ceremony was attended by Vladimir Minaev, Director for Russian Nuclear Projects of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, Vladimir Sadovsky, Advisor to the Director, Evgeny Yatsenko, Director of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 Construction Branch, Andrey Metlyuk, Head of SMU-2 Section 1, and Rinat Safiullov, Onsite Foreman.

“I congratulate our team on its 25th anniversary. I wish all of us health, success, no matter what. We still have a long work ahead and I’m sure that we will come through all the hardships standing in the way. I hope that in five years, for the thirtieth anniversary of the TITAN-2 Holding, we will also meet at the reactor dome of the LNPP-2 third power unit,” said Grigoriy Naginskiy.
