The ceremony was held in the administration building of Sosnovy Bor. Yevgeny Yatsenko, Construction Director of JSC Concern TITAN-2, handed vouchers for a work shift to the construction brigades.
“We are very happy to cooperate and hope for productive collaboration and an appropriate result. And please, every minute remember about safety when you are at your workplace and rest area. We have hired you, we are responsible for you, and we do hope that all the activities within the work shift will be successful and smooth,” said Mr Yatsenko.
In total, 127 people were hired for the Winter Student Construction Project. Some of the youngsters work in Sosnovy Bor, some - in the Kaliningrad region. Construction brigade students are engaged in reinforcing, concreting, finishing work, as well as paperwork management.
CONCERN TITAN-2 provides the students with everything necessary - workwear, meals, a hostel and transport. The company has been working with student construction brigades for more than ten years. Following the results of previous work shifts in TITAN-2, several graduates were employed.
“By working with students, we prepare our future staff - personnel for the construction complex. In the summer, we had a Nationwide Student Construction Project. After that, we employed about ten people to our construction branch,” said Alexey Cherviakov, Project Manager and Specialist of Labor and Social Development, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2.
The work shift of student construction brigades will last until the end of February. Based on the results of the work, the best brigade will be selected. In addition, the youngsters are going to participate in various sports and creative competitions. Also, the competitors are planning to conduct socially critical events in the city.
