The load was delivered to the turbine building by truck and further moved from zero to +7.000 elevation with the overhead crane. The equipment being supplied fully assembled, its installation and commissioning doesn’t take much time.
Gas-insulated generator switchgear is intended to improve equipment protection at the major power plants. Ensuring breaking current range of 170 up to 210 kA, it can be applied at the power plants with the capacity of up to 1600 MW.
Three-phase system incorporates the circuit breaker, disconnector, capacitors and control cabinet. Moreover, additional components may be installed, i.e. earthing devices, startup disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, surge arrestors.
