Total weight of equipment is 107 t, length – 15 m.
Rotor was moved to the +16.000 elevation in the turbine hall using an overhead crane where turboset is located. The rotor will be further placed inside turbine generator startor. In doing so, the startor will be finally placed to its design position on permanent supports. This will facilitate turbine shaft alignment completion by installation staff.
Rotor should be placed inside stator with special care, as air gap between rotor circumference and stator bore should not exceed 40 mm.
