Along with the dome, the building high reaches the elevation of +66.600 m.

Once concreting completed, the building will be about 80 m high.

Preliminary 16 heat exchangers of passive steam generators heat removal were mounted to the dome inner side, as well as maintenance platforms, elements of sprinkler, ventilation and lighting systems.

After the dome installed, the JSC MSU team connected it to the preceding tier of the inner containment, install the structure as per the design elevations. Then welding works and connection of the systems, located between the low and upper dome parts, started.

The quality control for all the construction and installation activities performed in several stages: by the General Contractor, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, by the Customer, JSC Concern Rosenergoatom and Rostechnadzor. Once the quality control for the welded joints completed, the dome concreting activities will start.
