The first LNPP-2 power unit and a regional volleyball center are among such facilities.
Today, a new Leningrad NPP power unit is awaiting industrial commissioning, which is planned for November of the current year. 73 complex tests have already been performed. The last of them will be completed in the nearest future. The power unit will operate at 100 % capacity for 15 days. On August 11, the unit has generated 2 bln kWh of electric power.
The equipment of the new power unit is designed for 60 years of operation with a possibility to extend this term. The tests shall demonstrate that everything is ready for operation during such a long period.
The regional volleyball center in Sosnovy Bor is constructed in accordance with the schedule. JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 is a contractor on site. Installation of the building’s metal structures, arrangement of external water supply, sewage and heating systems is going on. The facility commissioning is planned for the next autumn.
