The award ceremony was held in Moscow on 25April.
General Director of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 Grigoriy Naginskiy, Technical Director of the Company Dmitriy Vinnichenko and Director for Equipment and Material Procurement Maksim Novozhilov were awarded as part of the team of specialists from various organizations of Rosatom State Corporation which ensured the physical start-up of new power units of the Russian nuclear power plants – Rostov and Leningrad NPPs – last year.
Under supervision of Grigoriy Naginskiy, the project management system of Rosatom State Corporation was successfully implemented at the construction site of the LNPP. Thus, the processes of materials delivery to the facility were optimized, and the time required for the performance of works was reduced. Additional qualified personnel was recruited to work at the construction site. Special attention was paid to the safety system. All of the above allowed to perform a key operation in 2017, which was a physical start-up of the reactor.
Dmitriy Vinnichenko supervised implementation of the construction project of the LNPP-2 first power unit, managed the process of construction of power plant facilities and installation of all process systems. Significant changes were introduced to the project and then implemented in the course of work, allowing to improve the quality and safety of a number of facilities under construction. Successful start-up of the power unit for its commercial pilot operation proved the effectiveness of the decisions taken by the manager.
Maksim Novozhilov supervised the supply of necessary materials and equipment during the erection of the new power unit of the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant. It included thousands of the most complex technological products. At the same time, all the requirements for nuclear facility components were met. The quality of materials and equipment was confirmed by numerous inspections.
