The guests visited the power units of the Leningrad NPP under construction and discussed with the company management prospects of participating in the Hanhikivi-1 project in Finland.
The French team started their visit of the Power Unit of the Leningrad NPP under construction observing the works carried out by the subsidiaries of “TITAN-2” holding company. Currently they are performing reinforcement and concrete works of the slabs. The reactor building has already "grown" to a height of more than 40 meters.
Inside the reactor building, French experts examined the reactor plant equipment, already installed to its design places. Northern Construction Department employees continue concreting the central hall of the reactor building. Now the laid concrete gains the design density under special heated envelope.
At the meeting with Grigoiry Naginsky, the General Director of JSC "CONCERN TITAN-2", and Alexander Tupitsyn, the Construction director of the "Hanhikivi-1" NPP Project, the French experts discussed the potential cooperation on the Finnish site.
