The sphere of his authorities encompasses: strategic innovation management, collaboration with other structural units on automation of production and commercial processes, technical and administrative modernization. Also it includes further development of management subsystems, including quality management and use of production system "Rosatom" at the enterprises of the holding "TITAN-2".
In the framework of the NPP "Hanhikivi 1" Construction Program M. Yu. Lokhman was appointed as Quality Assurance Director.
Biography:
From April, 2015 to May, 2017, Executive Director of JSC "CONCERN TITAN-2".
Has two higher educations: economic (SpbGUEiF) and civil engineering (MGSU).
M. Lokhman worked with a number of building industry enterprises constructing industrial, electrical power and utility facilities.
M. Lokhman has been in the nuclear industry since 2009.
Maxim Lokhman was appointed Deputy General Director for strategic development from July 12, 2017.
