An educational and production center for the nuclear industry SRO was completed on the basis of the holding "TITAN-2". It is the third, "Northwest", branch of the "Professional Training Center for Employees of Construction Sector of the Nuclear Industry" (NOU DPO “UCPR”).
Currently the remaining construction works include finishing the façade of the building and landscaping the grounds. On 21 November classes already started in the Center according to qualification raising programs for managers and specialists. Besides, the claimed level of qualification of skilled workers is validated by the incoming inspection.
The creation of the new training center is a joint project of SRO of nuclear industry, holding "TITAN-2" and NOU DPO “UCPR”.
Repair and finishing works at the facility were carried out by a contracting organization of the holding. The center was equipped with technological equipment, furniture, office equipment, which was financed by the SRO of nuclear industry.
The list of programs to raise the qualification level for managers, professionals and line staff includes more than 70 programs and courses. Additional professional qualification raising programs: technology of construction, thermal-and-mechanical, electrical and commissioning works in the construction of nuclear facilities, occupational safety, industrial and environmental safety, and project management.
Skilled workers are trained in the following areas: training, retraining, and target courses, training in safe methods and methods of performance of works at height, basics of fire safety, the first aid.
Training for main professions covers more than 40 professions: rebar fitter, concreter, electric welder of manual welding, the assembler of technological pipelines, assembler of the systems of ventilation and conditioning, etc.
The faculty is staffed with highly qualified personnel from UPK No. 1 (Moscow), UPK No. 2 (Novovoronezh) of NOU DPO UCPR, as well as with specialists from the holding "TITAN-2".
